RackLink Warranty Provisions:
RackLink provides a full repair or replacement warranty on RackLink branded products for 5 years from date of purchase. This provides protection against fault or failure during normal operating conditions – with a complete repair or full replacement of the item in question.

RackLink provides a full repair or replacement warranty on RackLink branded products for 5 years from date of purchase. This provides protection against fault or failure during normal operating conditions – with a complete repair or full replacement of the item in question.
How to lodge a Warranty Claim:
RackLink offers a straightforward procedure for making warranty claims:
- If you identify a defect in a RackLink product, either return your product to the place of purchase or send it to RackLink at the address below. You must provide full details in writing of the defect, together with proof of purchase .
- RackLink will need a reasonable opportunity to investigate and rectify the defect. RackLink will endeavour to rectify any genuine defect within 14 days of being notified in writing, but this period may be extended by factors beyond its control. If RackLink cannot satisfactorily repair the defect, it will provide a full replacement.
- RackLink’s warranty is additional to any other rights and remedies provided by the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the goods and services to which this warranty relates.
What is not covered:
RackLink’s Warranty does not apply when a product failure occurs as a result of:
- The product being incorrectly specified or installed.
- The product being modified or specifications altered after supply from RackLink.
- The product being operated outside the maximum load limits specified for the product.
- Damage to the product as a result of impact, accident, excessive heat or fire, flood or any other factor not associated with the normal operating conditions for which the category of product is specified.
RackLink's 5 Year Warranty does not apply to enLogic iPDUs or moulded power cabling.
Note:
RackLink’s warranty is limited to replacing faulty product only. The manufacturer does not warrant against any possible losses incurred in the event that a faulty device results in a cessation of business activities, loss of profit, or any other losses that may or may not be attributable to the function or non-function of RackLink products. All RackLink products are designed to operate safely and efficiently according to their specified use.
